Company Sonepar has chosen a very unique way to reach their customers with a wow-effect: a showtruck that holds their InnovationLab. The inside consists of a media experience which communicates latest trends in the electrician trade in the form of a variety of interactive installations.
Since 2017 we have been advising the InnovationLab in questions of design and logic. This spring, we helped to execute an entire relaunch and rework the interaction concept as well as polish the design. We also implemented a logging system based on RFID technology. It offers the opportunity to automatically send emails to the customers after their visit to the InnovationLab with more information on the topics they were most interested in.
